No Fly Zone provides wood destroying insect (WDI) inspections for real estate transactions or annual inspections for responsible homeowners that want to protect their properties. Each inspection includes a detailed plan on how to mitigate wood destroying insects if infestations are present.

We recommend that all property owners have their home inspected on an annual basis.

No Fly Zone offers immediate solutions to your wood destroying insect infestations. We offer spot treatments, partial treatments, annual termite treatment stakes, or pre-construction treatments.

Termite Treatments Available

Termite Spot Treatment

A localized pest control method used to eliminate termites in a specific, targeted area of infestation rather than treating the entire structure. It typically involves applying termiticide or using heat, foam, or other methods directly where termite activity is detected. This approach is less invasive and more cost-effective than whole-structure treatments but is best for limited infestations.

Partial Termite Treatment

Refers to a targeted pest control method where only specific areas of a structure—typically where termite activity is detected—are treated, rather than the entire building. This approach is often used to reduce costs or limit chemical use but may not provide the same long-term protection as a full treatment.

Termite Bait Stations

Trelona Annual can eliminate termite colonies that are currently foraging near the structure or that may invade in the future. Trelona Annual is low impact to the environment. Children, pets and wildlife have no contact with the bait as it is secured below ground in the ATBS station. During installation of the ATBS stations, there’s no need for homeowners to leave their homes, and they can immediately enjoy outdoor activities once the installation is complete.
